A fire burns, roaring, muffling the sound of the playing Christmas music, as I sit curled in a blanket, next to my dog, Charlie. The scarlet and orange colors from the fire glow effervescently against my dogs fur, curled at my feet. We sit, and watch the Colorado snow fall, like always on Sundays, the day that I have no work. We had just moved into this new house, and it was just starting to feel like a home, comforting. The window pane is frosted over, the cold desperately trying to reach the warmth inside of our house. If I am going to tell you my story, I might as well start from the beginning. I was born in a clean and safe hospital on October 23rd, 2059, just outside of Washington D.C. My parents were military contractors who traded in lives on the front line for lives of tedium and monotony. I was not their only child though. I had a younger sister named Mina, and a younger brother whose name was Cole. When the bombs fell a year ago, Mina had just turned 16, and Cole was turning 14 in December. Hey all, sorry for the inactivity, I've been really busy with school and family Christmas parties. Got a Sega Saturn, Sonic Chaos, and 3 StH comics. :D Can't wait until Christmas! 3 days!!! I'm going to do 3 themes today, as I've missed the last ones. Also, new chapter of Kai's Story coming sometime today, I promise!

OK, snow day was awesome, now back to school Ugh A lot of my poetry recently has been about a topic I don't like to talk about in real life: Relationships. So many things left unsaid, mainly over the concern of disinterest and/or misplaced friendship. I am a very trusting person, so this can be difficult. School, friends, family, video games and writing usually keep me preoccupied, but I can't stop thinking about her. In other news, winter break starts in 7 (school) days   So hyped Also if you are a Sonic fan and like the music of the series, I would suggest checking out TNRea, he does very good Synthesia covers of Sonic songs, like Roofto
